My printer is stuck in backup mode.?
I have a Kodak ESP-3 AIO. I tried to delete an object to be printed 3 days ago and its been stuck in the status of "Deleting - Printing" since then. I tried to restart. I tried cancel, refreshing, off the printer ... I even tried to delete files directly from the spool folder on drive C. Of Suggestions? I can not print anything because of this file sitting in the queue.
Stop and restart the service "Spool print printer from Control Panel> Administrative Tools> services.Then restart the print job will pc.Your Withdrawn.
