Camera wise, is 12.1 or 12.2 mega pixels better?

I’m thinking about either getting the Canon Powershot SD780 which is 12.1 mp

What size prints can I get with a Samsung TL100 point and shoot digital camera?

It’s 12.2 megapixel. I’d like to get at least a 16×20 print made. Would that come out looking good or would that start to get blurry? Thanks for any help.
