Digital camera decision?

I narrowed my choices down to 2, based on my criteria: Samsung SL820 and Panasonic DMC-ZR1. Which one’s better? I was looking for something with 10MP+, zoom 5x or better, stabilization, HD movie (with zoom), and other nice features like face detection… Small and portable.
