Best camera between the two?
Hey guys, I'm about to buy my very first DSLR camera within the $1000 price range, and I was thinking of getting the Canon Rebel T1i (EOS 500D) or the Nikon D5000. I've read a lot of reviews and still cant decide which one would be the best camera for me.
I like Canon's t1i full HD movie recording, but some say Nikons are far better than canon (in build, price, lenses, etc.).
Nikon D5000 has an articulated LCD and somewhat cheaper, but having no autofocus motor lets it down.
So what do you guys think. Should I go for the Canon Rebel T1i or the nikon D5000? Also any other cameras you might suggest.

Go with the Canon EOS 500D. It has superb image quality, Full HD movie recording and a bigger screen size.
